Won't You Be My Neighbor

Porch sitting. It's a fine tradition here on D street.

It was even better Sunday when neighbor Bob delivered delicious cookies his wife Pam baked.

Not only were they tasty (full of pecans, almonds, and chocolate chips) but also came in a beautiful package.

Charlie's only complaint. "I wish they'd bring them over every weekend."

I miss porch sittin in your neighborhood. All My neighbors do are make noise and get my parking space. I never get any surprises or excitement.

Oh, I take that back. The old neighbor above me left her kids home alone one day. (In the 3rd floor apartment) and the 2 year old ran jumped on the couch lost his balance and fell throught the screen and out of the window.

He lived but had to wear a neck brace until they moved. We were all so happy. They were like The Clumps. They used to walk and pounce so hard on the floor that the textured ceiling particles would fall on out floor.

Eat A Cookie for me....after your talking microwave tells you it is warm! LOL
